PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE FORENSIC REPORT:
- Study of the case:
Initially we will see all the relevant data for you and for your defense, from this we will draw the best possible strategy for the elaboration of your Expert Report. In these cases, if you are in contact with a lawyer, we will also involve him/her.
- Expert evaluation:
Combination of clinical-forensic interviews with the application of psychological tests and examinations relevant to the object of the psychological expert report. It includes psychological evaluation with the highest scientific rigour. We use validated and objective tests (usually over several sessions).
- Delivery and ratification of the report:
Once we have all the necessary data obtained from the interviews and different tests, we will analyse the evidence and the final psychological report is written. If necessary, we will accompany you to court to defend our conclusions and recommendations.
