What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)?
This is the psychological orientation from which I work in my sessions. I employ this framework as it is very effective, goal-oriented, and time-limited, always striving for emotional balance. It focuses on the immediate present, on your thoughts, your emotions, and on your behaviour.
As a psychologist for adults, I will teach you the psychological tools you need, which will help you to live a better quality of life, both now and in the future. You will learn how to solve your problems, and we will start right away. In session we will work together, but then it will also be important for you to apply the strategies in your day-to-day life.
